Lohan 'named' in lover's divorce papers

Lindsay Lohan has been 'named' in the divorce papers of Tony Allen, the man with whom she allegedly had an affair while they were both in the same rehab centre.

The Mean Girls actress reportedly had sex with Allen in the toilets of the Cirque Lodge Clinic in Utah last month, leading his estranged wife Stephanie Allen to cite the "defendant's conduct with another woman" as the reason for divorce.

She also claimed that "habitual drug addiction" and "cruel treatment" were the other reasons that the four-year marriage had been "irretrievably broken".

Though Lohan has not been identified by name in the legal papers, an attachment to the files - exhibit A - describes the alleged affair.

Witnesses claimed in a report by In Touch magazine that: "They looked very cute together. You could definitely tell from watching them that there was something going on.

"It was very apparent they were a couple."

Stephanie, whose family is worth around £720 million, is also battling to win the custody of the couple's eight-month-old twins.

Tony Allen has denied that he had an affair with Lohan but has claimed that they are close, saying: "We’re great friends. We share a common affliction and we just talk about life sometimes."
