Kiefer Sutherland was arrested in the early hours of this morning for drink driving at twice the legal alcohol limit.
The 24 actor was stopped by police in LA when he made an illegal U-turn in the road and was forced to undergo a breathalyzer test.
Sutherland was arrested for a driving under the influence misdemeanor charge and taken to Hollywood Police Station.
He was later released on a £12,500 bail and is due to appear in court on October 16.
