Singer Fergie has revealed that R Kelly's upcoming child pornography trial has not put her off wanting to collaborate with him.
Kelly is awaiting trial on 21 counts of child porn and sex with an underage girl after a video surfaced in his home city of Chicago in 2002. He has denied the charges.
But the Black Eyed Peas star is still keen to work with him, telling MTV.com: "We actually were in talks to do something. Everyone has their demons. Who doesn't have their scandal?"
Rapper Lupe Fiasco has also spoken out in support of Kelly, saying: "The way the world works is quick, quick, quick. We consumed the scandal, and we're over it. It phased out."
