Sugababes felt "betrayed" by Buena

The Sugababes have revealed that they felt "betrayed" by Mutya Buena's decision to quit the band without explanation.

Keisha Buchanan said she no longer speaks to her old school friend following Buena's departure from the girl group in 2005.

She also slammed her ex-bandmate's renewed friendship with Siobhan Donaghy, who quit to go solo six years ago.

Fellow Sugababe Heidi Range accused Buena of "breaking her trust", saying: "On the day, she wouldn't even make eye contact and afterwards she just left the room immediately.

"I never called her, because I feel betrayed and I feel that I deserved an explanation. It broke my trust."

The Sugababes released new single 'About You Now' earlier this week.
