Anne Robinson is to divorce from her husband after 27 years of marriage.
The Weakest Link presenter is separating from ex-manager John Penrose on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences".
She is expected to share her £60 million fortune with Penrose, who now runs a property firm in the Cotswolds.
A spokesman said in a statement: "There is no-one else involved. There is no acrimony and Anne and John have reached an amicable settlement on all financial issues."
Robinson said: "We have been an enormously important part of each other's lives for a very long time and our friendship will carry on forever."
The 63-year-old will continue to divide her time between homes in London, Gloucestershire and New York, the statement revealed.
The couple married in 1980 after meeting as journalists at a London news agency. They have no children but Robinson has a daughter, Emma, by ex-husband Charlie Wilson.
