Phil Spector is to be put back on trial for the suspected murder of an actress at his California home four years ago, after the first trial collapsed over the jury's failure to reach a verdict last month.
Lana Clarkson was found dead at the music producer's mansion in 2003, but the jury was split over whether Spector was guilty of her murder.
A retrial has now been set for October 23, but Spector will first have to find a new legal team after his lead lawyer Roger Rosen quit working for him in favour of another client.
Rosen said: "Of course now (Spector) is faced with this ordeal all over again and I'm sure from that point of view he's not happy."
It will be the fourth time Spector has had to change his legal representatives.
