Lily uses hypnotist to drop dress sizes

Lily Allen has hired the services of a hypnotist to help her drop two dress sizes.

Allen has been attending the Harley Street Clinic of Susan Hepburn to undergo "brain reprogramming" sessions that help her lose weight.

The popstar has been paying £300 per session for the treatment, which reportedly helps individuals to associate a healthy lifestyle with happiness.

The singer told the Daily Mail: "After the hypnotism I want to go to the gym every day otherwise I feel really bad.

"I just want to get more toned and healthy. I'm really good at the moment - I've never been happier."

Speaking about Allen as a client, Hepburn commented: "Lily was great, a really nice girl. I'm glad I could help."

Other celebrities who have used hypnotism to lose weight in the past include Geri Halliwell, Sophie Dahl and the Duchess of York.
