Britney Spears has been told to return to court over a hit-and-run accident she was involved in earlier this year by a Los Angeles judge.
Paparazzi filmed the 'Gimme More' singer crashing into a parked vehicle before parking, entering a food store and driving off on August 6.
The popstar has now been ordered to attend a local police station before October 25 by LA's Superior Court Commissioner Rebeca Omens, and faces being charged for scraping the vehicle of Kim Robard-Rifkin.
Robard-Rifkin complained to police about the incident three days after the crash.
The singer's legal representative has claimed that Spears will refund Robard-Rifkin for all the damages.
