David Hasselhoff has been hospitalised following a recurrence of his well-documented alcohol problems.
The America's Got Talent judge suffered a relapse on Tuesday, say US reports.
Judy Katz, the actor's representative, told TMZ: "David had a brief relapse and immediately recognised the importance of addressing it with the assistance of his doctors.
"He is doing fine and will be back home in the morning."
The Baywatch actor has allegedly entered rehab for his drinking problems on three separate occasions in the past.
It is not yet known whether Hasselhoff's hospitalisation will alter the full custody of his two children that he won after a court battle with his wife Pamela Bach earlier this year.
