According to TMZ, Jonathan Lee Riches alleged that the singer held him at gunpoint and forced him to commit identity theft, as well as pay for abortions, breast implants, cocaine and alcohol.
In a handwritten lawsuit, he claimed that Spears can be seen pointing a gun at his back in a 2006 CNN documentary called How To Rob A Bank. He also insisted that she is shown threatening to detonate chemicals he was wearing around his neck.
Riches now believes Spears is intending to visit him in jail in a bid to force him to rob other inmates to pay for another abortion.
He is currently serving a sentence for fraud at a prison in South Carolina. He has previously filed lawsuits against celebrities including President George W. Bush, lifestyle guru Martha Stewart and Apple creator Steve Jobs.
