Jerry Hall has been paid £1 million to write a "candid" book about her life.
The model's autobiography has been described by publishers as "explosive", claiming it will reveal all about her marriage to Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger.
A representative of HarperCollins told the Daily Mail: "The book takes a candid look at Jerry Hall's experiences as a young model from Gonzales, Texas, her marriage to Mick Jagger and her life in the rock 'n' roll fast lane.
"It will be an explosive read."
Hall and Jagger began their relationship in 1977, after she broke off her engagement to Roxy Music's Bryan Ferry to be with him. The pair married in 1990 and were divorced nine years later.
