Police are awaiting the drug test results of Hulk Hogan's son, Nick, to determine whether they are going to press charges against him.
The 17-year-old, whose real name is Nick Bollea, was driving his father's car in Florida in August when he lost control and collided with a palm tree.
Bollea "disregarded other traffic", according to a report released by police on Tuesday.
The report suggests that the police are also waiting to see whether Nick's passenger, 22-year-old US Marine John Graziano, who suffered permanent brain damage from the crash, was intoxicated at the time of the incident.
