Sir Paul McCartney has cut his divorce deal offer to Heather Mills by £2 million, according to a report.
He has apparently said a £23 million payout will be his last offer to pressure his estranged wife to accept.
A source told the News of the World: "This is a final offer. Paul's sick of her. He's adamant that he's not offering her any more deals and has sworn that after this there will be no more bargaining.
"If Heather knocks this one back he has instructed his lawyers to tell her to go to hell and he'll see her in court — where a judge will decide it."
Both parties are thought to want to avoid an open court battle.
It has also been reported that Mills has detailed plans to tell the story of their relationship. She is said to be lining up a series for a US television network, chat show appearances and a book deal.
She has apparently rejected Sir Paul's requests for a confidentiality agreement in the divorce deal.
A source in Mills' legal team explained: "Following Heather's successful stint on the ABC show Dancing with the Stars, she's in talks with the network about a potential series on her life with Paul.
"There's also talk that she's provisionally been booked to go on Oprah to discuss it all, and following on from that could even be offered her own talk show."
