Heather Mills denies biopic claims

Heather Mills has denied reports that she wants Reese Witherspoon to play her in a biopic.

Mills insisted that there is no movie in the pipeline during an appearance on US TV show Dancing With The Stars, in which she competed last year.

She said: "It would be amazing, but there is no movie. Reese Witherspoon is a fantastic actress, but there will never be a movie."

But she confirmed reports that she is to undergo surgery after a metal plate in her pelvis broke, saying: "I have had a broken plate. I had it when I danced here... When I lost my leg, the accident also crushed my pelvis so I got two metal plates and one of them is sliced in the middle. It has lots of screws and it occasionally goes out so I can't move properly.

"My chiropractor puts the screws and plate back in place every day. I have to have surgery, but it is four months on my back and I just can't take that time out now, I've got so many commitments with so many things."
