Winehouse vows to not drink before shows

Amy Winehouse has made a vow to not drink any alcohol before she performs on stage, after a number of her gigs were panned because of her inebriated state.

The singer received bad reviews for her show in Berlin when she forgot her words and stumbled on stage.

A source told The Sun: "This tour started pretty much as the last one ended. Berlin was a difficult time for everyone and we thought it was going to turn into another tour full of drunken missed shows.

"But she’s now said that she will not drink before her gigs for the rest of the tour. She stuck to it in Amsterdam amazingly, and gave her best show of the tour yet. Everyone just hopes she keeps it up."

Reports also claim that Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been banned from her shows because he encourages her to drink alcohol.
