Lohan is contracted to party on NYE

Lindsay Lohan will be forced to party on New Year's Eve, despite her vowing to calm down her partying lifestyle.

The actress, who recently completed a two-month rehab programme to combat her alcohol and drug problems, signed a contract to host a party prior to sorting herself out.

Lohan will have to stick to the contract, which means she will have to be at the LAX nightclub's party on the night.

She also still owes the same group money after she cancelled her birthday bash at Pure nightclub.
