Harding hates binge drinking reputation

Sarah Harding has said that she hates having a reputation as a binge drinker.

The Girls Aloud star admitted that she enjoys partying but claims that she doesn't get to go out as much as most young women.

She told The Mirror: "Do you know what really gets me? I'm 25 and I don't go out as often as most girls my age, but when I do I get persecuted for it.

"Photographers always get bad pictures and I end up looking like a tw*t!

"I have a bit of a binge but I think everyone does. They get smashed, they get pie-eyed. I'm not going to try to hide that - I think everyone does it."

However, the popstar added that she isn't shy of drinking competitions and that she can handle large quantities of alcohol.

She commented: "I can drink with the best of them and I like to be able to hold my own. I see it as a challenge. But I regret it the next day when my head's down the bog."
