Kate Hudson and Chris Robinson are officially single after they had their divorce finalised yesterday.
The You, Me and Dupree actress was married to rocker Robinson for six years and the pair have a three-year-old son together called Ryder.
The Black Crowes frontman filed for divorce from Hudson almost a year ago citing irreconcilable differences, and the papers were made official by LA Superior Court Judge Robert Schnider.
Hudson is seeking shared custody of their son and insisted that she would always love Robinson, saying: "For both Chris and me, our main focus is, and was, Ryder. And happy parents equal a happy baby. Therefore, I love Chris to pieces."
The actress has since dated actor Dax Shepard, but she reportedly ended their relationship in a bid to try to win her ex-boyfriend Owen Wilson back, after he tried to commit suicide in August.
