Kanye co-writes book for 2008

Kanye West has revealed that he has co-written a book which is due to be released in January 2008.

The hip-hop star announced on his website that Thank You And You're Welcome! will be in stores from January next year.

West has produced the guide book to "creating then celebrating your moment" with author J Sakiya Sandifer.

His official website said of the book: "Kanye delivers his personal message uncensored, without any five-second delay or media distortion."

The first 500 copies of the book sold will be signed by the two authors.
