Actor Shia LaBeouf was arrested in a Chicago drug store last night.
LaBeouf was charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing after he allegedly refused to leave a Walgreens store and appeared drunk.
The Transformers star was detained by security staff and charged by police at 2:30am.
According to police notes, the Hollywood star was "very courteous and polite" and released on bond at 7am. He is due to appear in Cook County Court on November 28.
LaBeouf, who stars in the new Indiana Jones movie, has yet to comment on the arrest.
