Angelina Jolie admits she's a bad cook

Angelina Jolie has admitted that she is a bad cook and that her family do not want her to make the Thanksgiving meal because they do not trust her capabilities.

The actress, who has three adopted children and one biological daughter with partner Brad Pitt, revealed she would be preparing the celebrations anyway.

Jolie told Good Morning America: "I'm not much of a cook, so we'll see what happens. I try. We all chip in. But I don't think anyone in my family wants me to handle Thanksgiving dinner."

The A Mighty Heart star also said she would make the event a multicultural one to mark all of her children's different origins.

She added: "We celebrate Moon Festival for my boys, who are from Asia, and Kwanzaa and things like that. We certainly try to celebrate as many of those as we can, and celebrate all cultures."
