Blake Fielder-Civil has been arrested for allegedly attempting to pay off a victim in order to a fix a trial.
The husband of Amy Winehouse is accused of trying to halt the trial in which he and friend Michael Brown are accused of causing GBH with intent on a barman.
It has been claimed that Fielder-Civil tried to pay off the victim James King with £200,000 in exchange for him withdrawing his statement
Fielder-Civil also reportedly planned to fly out of the country before the trial next Monday in an attempt to make the case collapse.
Police raided Winehouse's Camden flat last night, with ten police officers using a battering ram to get through the door.
According to the Mirror, Winehouse told police "I want to go with him," before telling her lover: "Baby, I love you. Baby, I'll be fine."
Winehouse's mother-in-law commented: "She's totally distraught and too upset to talk."
A police spokesperson said: "A thorough investigation is being carried out into claims of conspiracy to pervert justice in connection with a trial.
"Three men have been arrested and are being questioned. We're expecting to make further arrests."
