Former All Saints singer Melanie Blatt has revealed that she is being forced to sell her £1.2 million house in London because she is now broke.
The star, who rose to fame in the '90s with the four-piece girl group, has insisted that she did not make as much money from their heyday as people have been led to believe.
Blatt said: "We're not as rich as people think. We all had to share royalties and writing credits, and we didn't sell as many records as the Spice Girls, so I'm downsizing."
The group first entered the music charts in 1997 and were propelled to stardom, but they then decided to split in 2001 because of arguments within the foursome.
They reformed in 2006 but failed to make an impact on the charts and were soon dropped by their record label.
