Law: 'I'm glad my affair was exposed'

Jude Law has insisted that he is glad he was caught in bed with his children's nanny.

The actor had an affair with Daisy Wright in 2005 when he was engaged to Sienna Miller.

He told the News Of The World: "I'm not happy I hurt people. But I am happy it was on such a public level. In a way it was like washing your laundry in public, and yep, there you go, you've seen all the rubbish."

The 34-year-old claimed that he is relieved that there are no secrets left to uncover, saying: "Now I feel there's nothing left, you've seen it all and I can get on. In a weird way, that's kind of wonderful."

The fling was voted Hollywood's sneakiest affair earlier this year.
