Boy George on false imprisonment charge

Boy George has been charged with the false imprisonment of a 28-year-old man.
The Culture Club musician, real name George O'Dowd, allegedly falsely imprisoned the man at his home in Hackney, East London in April this year.
A police spokesperson said: "Mr O'Dowd was charged on Monday." The '80s star was bailed and is due to appear at Thames Magistrates' Court on November 22.
