Nadine Coyle regrets Metcalfe break-up

Girls Aloud star Nadine Coyle has admitted that she regrets the way in which she split up with her ex-boyfriend Jesse Metcalfe.

Coyle revealed that she has been spending time with the Desperate Housewives star in Los Angeles, but they are just good friends.

The singer revealed: "I wish I'd handled things differently. We broke up when he was still in rehab, which was tough. I was getting ready to go on tour, he had loads of things going on and it was just too hard.

"Really it was my fault. I came back to London and didn't tell anyone we'd split. Next thing, he's seen with another girl and it was: 'He's cheating!'

"But we see each other more now. We're really good friends."

Coyle has also admitted that she would like another boyfriend, but says she will be fussy about who she goes out with. She said: "I'm very specific about who I go out with. I need someone confident and funny, so if I do something stupid they'll laugh."
