Winehouse to spend Christmas in Miami

Amy Winehouse has been advised to spend Christmas in Miami by her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

Fielder-Civil, who is facing charges of GBH and perverting the course of justice, will be spending the festive season in jail.

Amy's friend and hairdresser Alex Foden has revealed that she will be enjoying the holidays with friends in the city where she married Blake in May.

"Amy told me Blake wants her to go away for Christmas to get away from it all. She is not on top of the world. But speaking to Blake on the phone helps," Alex told the Sunday Mirror. "She'll go to Miami if Blake keeps going on about it because she loves him and wants to make him happy."
