Spears, Federline agree on Xmas custody

Britney Spears and her ex-husband Kevin Federline have agreed on a set custody schedule for their two sons over the Christmas period.

The decision was made at a closed custody hearing in Los Angeles yesterday but details of the conclusion have not been released.

A source revealed that the court did not mention any plans to investigate Spears' drug testing.

The singer and Federline are due back in court on January 23 for the next hearing in their ongoing custody battle over two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
