West, Evel Knievel settle rights lawsuit
Published Wednesday, Nov 28 2007, 11:26 GMT | By Kimberley Dadds

The daredevil motorcyclist launched a lawsuit after West appeared as 'Evel Kanyevel' and copied a stunt that Knievel originally failed in 1974 for the 'Touch The Sky' video.
The hip-hop star's legal representatives argued that the image was meant to be satirical, but Knievel revealed that the pair had come to an agreement outside of court yesterday for an undisclosed sum.
Knievel confirmed to the Associated Press: "We settled the lawsuit amicably. I was very satisfied and so was he."
The stuntman added that he thought West was "a wonderful guy and quite a gentleman".
