Brosnan not charged for Malibu scuffle

Pierce Brosnan has not been charged for his involvement with a scuffle that took place in Malibu on October 26.

The former James Bond star was reported to have committed battery against photographer Robert Rosen outside a Mexican restaurant last month.

Brosnan was not arrested or detained for his involvement in the incident at the time.

Prosecutor James Garrison said of the case: "There is insufficient evidence to prove this case to a jury beyond a reasonable doubt."
