Cruise biography too dull for UK

A new Tom Cruise biography will not be released in the UK because it has been deemed too dull.

Writer Andrew Morton has been researching the book for two years but has reportedly not found anything interesting enough to justify a British release.

A source told the Daily Mail: "Morton hasn't unearthed anything sensational about Cruise that would make the book a blockbuster."

The book is still due to be released in the US in January.

Morton's previous work includes a best-selling exposé on the life of Princess Diana.

The author had originally claimed that he was being forced into hiding by scientologists and supporters of Cruise because of the book's content.
