Hilton wants a baby to play with Richie's

Paris Hilton has admitted that now her best friend Nicole Richie is pregnant with her first child she would like to have a baby of her own.

The socialite, who starred in The Simple Life with Richie, wants her offspring to grow up with Richie's so that they can play together.

Hilton told People: "Nicole and I have been playing together since we were two years old. I was just telling her, 'I want a baby so that our babies can play together.'"

But the hotel heiress revealed that she is still single, saying: "I don't have a boyfriend right now. But I would love to start a family."

Richie is expecting her first baby with boyfriend Joel Madden in January. Last week her father Lionel revealed that she was carrying a boy.
