Kelly Slater dating Kirsten Dunst?

Professional surfer Kelly Slater has been spotted on a date with Kirsten Dunst, fuelling rumours that the pair have become an item.

Slater was rumoured to be dating Cameron Diaz shortly after her split from Justin Timberlake earlier this year when they spent a lot of time together in Hawaii. The sports star was also spotted with Leonardo DiCaprio's ex-girlfriend model Bar Rafaeli in her home country of Israel in 2007.

Now Slater has been seen dining with the Spider-Man actress at a West Hollywood restaurant.

A witness told Life & Style magazine: "They were flirting a lot, smiling and giggling. They were having a fun time, and there was definite chemistry. It looked like they were getting to know each other.

"She was into him and she made it quite clear they wanted to be left alone. Kirsten was hanging on Kelly's every word."
