The TV star, real name Katie Price, has three-year-old son Harvey with ex-partner Dwight Yorke and two-year-old son Junior, as well as a four-month-old daughter called Princess Tiaàmii, with her husband Peter Andre.
Jordan was given the accolade at the Mother & Baby Awards ceremony last night, beating celebrity mothers such as Davina McCall, Jennifer Garner and Gwen Stefani.
She said: "Thank you to all readers of Mother & Baby. It's a real honour as this award is voted for by other mothers."
