Olsen twins downsize their LA home

Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are to downsize their Californian home by swapping their $5 million (£2.5 million) property in Bel-Air for a smaller house in Larchmont Village, Los Angeles.

The twins reportedly paid $1.6 million (£800,000) for the Spanish style four-bedroom pad after Mary-Kate spotted it during a shopping trip and fell in love with it instantly, according to In Touch Weekly.

The actresses have also decided to put their 12-room apartment in New York up for sale for nearly $12 million (£6 million).
