The case involving Amy Winehouse's husband Blake Fielder-Civil has escalated after a fifth man was arrested for trying to halt a trial.
James Kennedy has been charged with conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and is due to appear at Thames Magistrates Court in London later today.
Fielder-Civil has been handed the same charge and has been remanded in custody until after Christmas.
He, along with another man, also faces charges for GBH on a pub landlord last year, but both men deny the charges.
All five men facing conspiracy charges are due in court in January.
