Hilton spotted kissing ex Niarchos

Paris Hilton has confirmed that she has split up with boyfriend Alex Vaggo after she was spotted kissing her ex Stavros Niarchos.

The socialite was seen getting close to the Greek shipping heir in Miami, Florida. The pair split up in May last year.

Less than two weeks ago she took Swedish model Vaggo to have dinner with her parents in Los Angeles.

Hilton has also denied that she got into a scuffle while she was with Niarchos at a club in Florida.

Representatives for the Simple Life star told People: "Paris did not slap anyone in Miami."
