Posh has breast implants removed?

Victoria Beckham has reportedly had her breast implants removed to stop her boobs popping out during the Spice Girls' dance routines.

Posh Spice sparked rumours that she had taken the precaution after being photographed looking less ample than usual.

A source said: "There is speculation she had her implants taken out for the tour so she can fit into the costumes without the risk of them falling out during some of the more energetic routines."

Beckham denied having a breast enlargement until legal papers proved in 2005 that she had been under the knife.

Plastic surgeon Andre Berger agreed that she may have had her boob job reversed, saying: "In more recent photos, her breasts look less perky but more natural. Sometimes the implants are no longer in proportion to the rest of the body.”

It was earlier reported that the Spice Girls played to a large number of empty seats at their comeback show in Las Vegas.
