Rebecca De Mornay was charged with two counts of misdemeanour driving under the influence charges in Los Angeles today.
The Risky Business actress was arrested in October after police officers pulled her over on Sunset Boulevard.
Officers claimed they "immediately detected an odour of alcoholic beverages" when they spoke to De Mornay and asked her to perform a number of field sobriety tests.
She failed the tests and her blood alcohol level was recorded just over the legal limit of alcohol.
De Mornay will be impeached on December 31, but she does not have to be present.
