Lingerie boss brands Hopkins 'a disgrace'

Lingerie boss Michelle Mone has accused Katie Hopkins of being a "disgrace to businesswomen".

Mone, 35, was appalled by the mother-of-two's behaviour on The Apprentice earlier this year and vowed that she would never hire her to advertise the Ultimo underwear range.

Hopkins, who later appeared in I'm A Celebrity... , made national headlines when she bitched about her fellow contestants and boasted about seducing a married man on the hit reality show. She also struck up a relationship with a male rival and was photographed naked in a field with her lover during the competition, before turning down a place in the final.

Mone said: "People know we didn't see eye to eye. I don't believe in anything she stood for and thought she gave women a bad name."

She added that several new faces will join I'm A Celebrity... contestant Gemma Atkinson and Rod Stewart's daughters Ruby and Kimberley to help sell the Ultimo Angel range next year.
