Earrings stolen from Love's hotel room

Thieves have stolen a pair of $100,000 earrings from Courtney Love's hotel room in New York.

The singer and her 15-year-old daughter Frances Bean were staying at the Four Seasons Hotel when they realised that the pink diamond jewels were missing.

A source told PerezHilton.com: "Courtney is devastated. She had brought the earrings for Frances as her Christmas present. Frances hadn't even tried them on yet."

However, the earrings later re-appeared at the hotel after police had been informed of the crime.
