Gisele Bundchen has claimed that she often feels insecure about her body and looks even though she is a supermodel.

The Brazilian is worth an estimated £35 million, has appeared in movies such as Taxi and lists Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio among her ex-boyfriends, but she still lacks confidence.

Bundchen said: "Do I feel fabulous all the time? Of course not! You never see yourself in that way. Everyone sees themselves in the morning and thinks, 'Oh God, look at me. And today I have to take a picture, for God's sake.'"

The 27-year-old admitted she loves her job because she always wanted to play dressing-up as a child, but insisted that she is a normal person.

She added: "For me, I go to work, I have hair and make-up and it's like playing dress-up. It's like playing a character.

"It's part of my life, but it's not my whole life. I'm a jeans and T-shirt kind of girl. I could never talk about fashion with my friends."
