Winehouse complains about Blake treatment

Amy Winehouse has complained about the way her husband Blake Fielder-Civil has been treated by the legal system.

Fielder-Civil is currently in custody on remand for alleged assault and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.

According to The Mirror, Amy has been heard claiming that it was unfair to jail Blake when Babyshambles frontman Pete Doherty is given so many opportunities to stay out of prison.

"Why have they given Pete so many chances?" she asked in a conversation with friend Remi Nicole. "It's not fair that my Blake is locked away. I thought they would give him bail, just like they do with Pete."

Winehouse has now jetted off for a break in Barbados.
