A camera crew followed the actress and husband Dean McDermott as they ran California bed and breakfast Chateau La Rue in Tori & Dean: Inn Love.
Residents in the Fallbrook neighbourhood claimed that the couple have now given up the hotel after filming two seasons of the show for the Oxygen Network.
A local told the National Enquirer: "Tori and Dean split town for good about a month ago, but it's not like they were ever real neighbours in Fallbrook's sleepy community.
"They were only ever at the inn when the cameras were rolling for their show."
The Oxygen Network said it was unsure whether a third series of the programme would go ahead.
