Snoop hopes video will help lift UK ban

Snoop Dogg is hoping that video footage of him involved in a brawl at London's Heathrow airport will help overturn his ban from the UK.

The rapper, real name Calvin Broadus, was caught on film during the incident by a witness at the airport.

Snoop believes the footage proves that the British police were responsible for the confrontation taking place and that they were too aggressive towards him.

He has been banned from entering the country as a result of the airport incident and because of his drug convictions.

The star said: "They release this video and it's floating around on YouTube, TMZ and all over the internet. It's looking real strange how [the police] did that to me and my security. Now they looking real out of pocket."
