Katona blames mother-in-law for NYE fight

Kerry Katona has claimed that it was her mother-in-law's fault that they had a fight on New Year's Eve.

It was reported last week that Katona had fought with Marilyn Croft at her New Year bash, but Croft claimed at the weekend that it was the reality TV star that initiated the problems.

During an interview on This Morning, Katona refuted claims she lashed out at Croft and argued that Croft started the scrap.

Katona alleged that she was dragged aside by Croft and told "you are no daughter-in-law-to me", before being hit by her mother-in-law.

The I'm A Celebrity... winner explained: "I said ‘look it’s New Year’s Eve, I don’t want to argue’.

"I swear on my unborn child’s life that she hit me. That’s God’s honest truth."
