Eagles announce London O2 gigs

The Eagles have announced a string of live shows at London's O2 Arena.

The veteran US rock outfit will play the venue on March 20, 22, 23 and 26.

Tickets for the gigs will go on sale this Friday at 9am.

The band have promised that the tour will feature songs from their recent number one LP Long Road Out of Eden and classic hits such as 'Hotel California', 'Desperado' and 'Take It Easy'.

Eagles last visited the UK in 2006 on the 'Farewell I' tour.
