She lost the baby after her return to the UK following a break in the Maldives with boyfriend Ed Simons.
The 22-year-old announced last month that she was expecting her first child with the Chemical Brothers star.
Her spokesperson told The Sun: "We can confirm that Lily Allen has suffered a miscarriage. She and her partner Ed Simons will be making no further comment and we ask that their privacy be respected during this difficult time."
Simons had treated the singer to a £3,000-a-night holiday in the Maldives as a late Christmas present.
Allen had previously revealed that she was stunned when she found out she was pregnant. However, she said she was looking forward to settling down with her new man, whom she met at a concert last September.
