The actress was awarded damages from the Xposure photo agency last month after the snaps were taken on the closed set of new movie Hippie Hippie Shake.
She also won her case against The Sun and the News of the World for publishing the pictures last October.
London's High Court issued a permanent injunction against paparazzo Warren Richardson after she claimed he had taken the "highly intrusive" photographs without permission.
He had given the stills - which show Miller stripping for a swim in a lake - to the Xposure agency, who then sold them to the newspapers involved.
Richardson was ordered to pay costs and promised never to use the images in the future. The damages owed to Miller will be decided at a later date.
The 26-year-old was not present at the hearing as she is currently shooting a movie overseas.
She was recently nominated for the Orange Rising Star gong at the BAFTA Film Awards.
