The singer will shoot the pilot for BBC Three's Lily Allen And Friends on Wednesday as originally planned.
A source told The Sun: "She's incredibly low at the moment, but doesn't want to let her fans down. It will be a very upbeat night so in a way it's the tonic she needs."
The programme will feature an audience made up of Allen's virtual friends on social networking site MySpace. Guests will include celebrities, bands, unsigned acts and popular internet personalities.
The 22-year-old lost her baby shortly after returning from a holiday in the Maldives with boyfriend Ed Simons.
